Remove Crew User

Takes a crew member's access away but keeps them on the crew as a contact: an outstanding invitation is withdrawn and its reserved seat freed, or a connected account is disconnected and loses its event and collaborator permissions and its event license. Use Crew_DeleteCrew to remove the person entirely. You cannot remove yourself; requires Manage Crew on the collaborator (collaborator token), and crewId comes from Crew_GetCollaboratorCrew.
