Pull Crew Type

Copies one of the organization's crew types onto the event as a linked, editable copy, with its sections and any attributes the event lacks. If the type was already pulled, the existing copy is kept and only missing attributes are added. orgCrewTypeId comes from the Organization API's Crew_GetCrewTypes; requires EventAdmin plus an organization token for the event's owning organization with CrewDatabase.Read.
