Pull Crew Member

Copies a member of the organization's crew database onto a collaborator on this event, filling the event attributes linked to the organization's attributes and assigning any typeIds given (from Crew_GetCrewTypes). connectUser (default true) connects the member's account and grants default crew access; false brings them down as a contact only. Needs the collaborator token plus an organization token for the event's owning organization with CrewDatabase.Read; orgCrewId comes from the Organization API's Crew_GetCrew, and a member can be pulled onto an event only once. Returns 201 with the new event crew member's { id }.
