Pull Crew Attribute

Copies one of the organization's crew attributes onto the event as a linked, editable copy; if the event already has it, the existing copy is reused (and restored if archived). orgCrewAttributeId comes from the Organization API's Crew_GetCrewAttributes. Requires EventAdmin plus an organization token for the event's owning organization with CrewDatabase.Read.
