Pull Collaborator

Adds a collaborator from the org library to the event, linked to its org record, with its property values and, unless includeCrew is false, its crew as contacts. pullType true copies its org types down; otherwise typeIds assigns event types, and neither leaves it untyped. A record can be added once. The orgRecordId comes from Collaborators_GetCollaboratorLibrary. Takes an event token plus an organization token; needs EventAdmin and CollaboratorDatabase.Read. Returns 201 with the new event collaborator's { id }.
