GET/events/{eventId}/crew
Lists every crew member on the event across all collaborators, with each member's collaborator, crew types (profiles), attribute values and account status
(None, Invited or Active). Requires EventAdmin; a collaborator lead lists their own company's crew with Crew_GetCollaboratorCrew. Operations in this
controller take an event token unless the summary names another token.
