GET/Collaborators/library

Lists the collaborators saved in the org library of the organization that owns the event, flagging those already on this event (alreadyOnEvent). Use it to choose records for Collaborators_PullCollaborator. Takes an event token plus an organization token for the owning organization, and needs CollaboratorDatabase.Read there.
