GET/collaborators/{collaboratorId}/crew
Lists one collaborator's crew on the event, with crew types (profiles), attribute values and account status (None, Invited or Active). Use it for a
collaborator's crew tab; Crew_GetCrew lists the whole event. Requires Manage Crew on the collaborator (collaborator token); the collaboratorId comes from Events_GetCollaborators.
