GET/Collaborators/{id}
Gets one collaborator on the event: its name, image, department, org library link (orgCorrelationId), and each profile type with its sections and
property values. The collaborator id comes from Events_GetCollaborators. Unless a summary says otherwise, these actions take an event token plus a
collaborator token from Authorization_AuthorizeCollab.
