Add Crew

Adds a person to a collaborator's crew as a contact, with no account or invitation, optionally with crew types and attribute values. To give someone access to the event use Crew_InviteCrew, and to copy someone from the organization's crew database use Crew_PullCrewMember. typeIds come from Crew_GetCrewTypes (archived types are refused) and attribute ids from Crew_GetCrewAttributes; requires Manage Crew on the collaborator (collaborator token). Returns 201 with the new crew member's { id }.
