Add Collaborator

POST
/Events/{eventId}/collaboratorsCreates a new collaborator on the event and returns its id; the caller is granted CollaboratorAdmin over it, and it becomes the event's default collaborator if the event has none. typeIds assigns profiles from Collaborators_GetCollaboratorTypes (non-archived only), and propertyValues sets values for properties from Collaborators_GetCollaboratorProperties. To add one from the organization's collaborator database instead, use Collaborators_PullCollaborator.
