Update Intake Answers
PATCH /events/{eventId}/intake/answers
PATCH
/events/{eventId}/intake/answersEdits answers on an active event's current intake submission, recording who changed each answer and when, and running the event type's effects for answers that actually changed. Fails when the event is not active, has no current submission (see Events_SubmitIntakeRetake), or a question is not on its form. Required questions are not re-checked. Needs event settings permission, or an organization token for a member of the owning organization. The question ids come from Events_GetIntakeSubmission.
