Unassign Draft Event Role Occupant

Empties a role slot of a draft event, removing every occupant. Uses an organization token and fails once the event is active. To remove one occupant of a multi-occupant role use Events_RemoveDraftEventRoleOccupant. The role is addressed by its role definition id from the event type.
