Set Location
PATCH /Events/{eventId}/location
PATCH
/Events/{eventId}/locationSets the event's location by reference, or clears it when locationId is null. The location must belong to the event's organization. Needs event settings permission, or an organization token for an admin of the owning organization. The location id comes from the Organization API's Locations_GetLocations.
