Set Event Type

Sets or changes the event's type, or clears it when eventTypeId is null. Existing attribute values are kept, and values the new type does not use come back if the old type is restored. Role slots follow the new type and tracking tasks are created, revived or archived to match. On an active event the intake follows the new type's intake form. Fails for an unknown or archived type. Needs event settings permission. The type id comes from the Organization API's EventTypes_GetEventTypes.
