Set Event Status

PATCH
/events/{eventId}/statusTurns a draft event into an active one, which runs the full create process, including the template and its inputs. Draft to Active is the only transition; an active event cannot be activated again. A name sent here overrides the draft's name. The event id comes from Organizations_GetEvents or Organizations_AddEvent. Needs Organization basic access and, for users, a BackOps Pro seat.
