Set Event Attribute Tracking Config

Replaces an attribute's own settings on this event: whether it is required (required attributes must be filled to create the event), whether it is tracked as a task, whether that task needs review, and its due date. Every field is authoritative, so a null or omitted field goes back to the event type's default, and an all-null body removes the override. Review cannot be required while tracking is off. Needs event settings permission. The attribute id comes from Events_GetEventAttributeProfile.
