Set Draft Type

Sets or changes the type of a draft event before it is created, as the create-event wizard does; null clears it. The draft's intake submission is reset to the new type's form, discarding earlier answers, and role slots are rebuilt. Attribute values are kept. Only drafts can be changed here; change an active event's type with Events_SetEventType. The event id comes from Organizations_GetEvents. Needs Organization basic access.
