Set Default Collaborator
PUT /Events/{eventId}/default-collaborator

/Events/{eventId}/default-collaboratorSets which collaborator represents the organization on this event, or clears it when collaboratorId is null (the next collaborator added then takes it). The collaborator must already be on the event. Needs event settings permission. The collaborator id comes from Events_GetCollaborators.
