PUT
/Events/{eventId}/attributesSaves attribute values on a draft event, so the create-event steps can be resumed. Each attribute sent is set (blank clears it) and the rest are left alone. Uses an organization token and fails once the event is active, when Events_SetEventAttributeValue applies. The attribute ids come from the event type.
