Purge Events

Marks many events for deletion, active or archived alike. Marked events disappear from reads and cannot be changed, and a maintenance purge removes their data after a retention window. Ids that are unknown, in another organization or already marked are skipped without an error. Needs an organization token for an organization admin. Use Events_ArchiveEvents when the events should stay restorable. The event ids come from Organizations_GetEvents.
