Join Event

Adds the calling organization admin to an event as a user and as a crew member of a collaborator, as the organization events table does. collaboratorId defaults to the event's default collaborator (a person already on the event stays with theirs). joinLicensed false joins with basic access only; otherwise the caller gets admin access, which needs a licenseId unless the organization's license covers it. Does nothing when the caller has already fully joined. Needs an organization token for an organization admin.
