Assign Event Role Occupant

Puts a person in an event role slot. Send crewId for a role filled by crew or collaboratorId for a role filled by a collaborator, never both. A single-occupant role replaces its current occupant; a multi-occupant role adds to the others, and assigning someone already in the slot changes nothing. Assigning runs the event type's role effects for the new occupant. Needs event settings permission, or an organization token for an admin of the owning organization. The slot id comes from Events_GetEventRoles. For a draft event use Events_AssignDraftEventRoleOccupant.
