Assign Draft Event Role Occupant

Puts a person in a role slot of a draft event, as the create-event steps do. Send crewId or collaboratorId (exactly one) to match the role. A single-occupant role replaces its occupant; a multi-occupant role adds. The occupant is staged only: nothing runs until the event is created. Uses an organization token, and fails once the event is active, when Events_AssignEventRoleOccupant applies. The role is addressed by its role definition id from the event type, not by a slot id.
