Archive Events

Archives many events in one call, as the organization events table does. Only active events are archived; ids that are unknown, in another organization or already archived are skipped without an error. Needs an organization token for an organization admin. For one event use Events_ArchiveEvent. The event ids come from Organizations_GetEvents.
