/Drives/fileTaskStatusMappingCreates or replaces the event's mapping of file states (todo, in review, changes requested, done, archived) to task statuses; all five statuses must belong to the event, and their ids come from ProjectManagement_GetStatuses. Requires project management admin permission on the event.
