GET/Drives/{driveId}
Browses the files and folders at a path within one partition of the drive; this is the primary way to browse. The
driveId is the event ID, partitionKey comes from Drives_GetDrivePartition (the event-level partition when
omitted), and paths are ID-based: "/" is the root and "/{folderId}" goes into a folder, with folder paths
discoverable through Drives_GetFileTree.
