POST
/contentCreates a content item for the event, optionally tied to an activity (leave it null for event-wide content) and with existing files attached by id. To show it on a screen, schedule it afterwards with ContentManagement_AddContentBlockToSurface. Requires the Event Content Management Admin permission.
