POST /Drives/{driveId}/folders
POST
/Drives/{driveId}/foldersCreates a folder in a partition at a path. Paths are ID-based: "/" creates it at the drive root and a parent folder's fullPath (for example "/{parentFolderId}") nests it; partitionKey comes from Drives_GetDrivePartition.
