POST /Drives/{driveId}/files/{fileId}/versions
POST
/Drives/{driveId}/files/{fileId}/versionsAdds a new version of a file, tagged automatically from the highest existing version number (for example "Version 2"), and returns a time-limited sasUri; upload the binary there with an HTTP PUT and no Authorization header. Requires File.* or File.Edit on the file.
