Permanently deletes a rate card with its rates and reset definitions.
The delete is refused while anything points at the card: a variant, a resource, a need, a reservation or a fulfillment item. The usage counts on Get Resource Type Rate Cards show what's in the way. The type's own default doesn't block it: deleting the default makes another of the type's cards the default, or clears it when none remain.
Requires
EventSettings permission on the event.Event scoping: This endpoint does not include
{eventId} in the URL. The event is determined automatically from your x-Event-Token.Path Parameters
