Creates an empty rate card owned by the resource type. Add its rates and reset definitions with the rate-cards/{rateCardId} sub-routes.
The type's first card becomes its default. Later cards don't change the default; use Set Default Rate Card for that.
Requires
EventSettings permission on the event.Event scoping: This endpoint does not include
{eventId} in the URL. The event is determined automatically from your x-Event-Token.Path Parameters
