Route 17b. Repoints one component on many variants in one transaction, so a bulk edit never half-applies. Each entry is a route 17 body plus its variantId. An entry equal to the component's own target deletes that variant's repoint, so a bulk reset is the same call.

EventSettings permission on the event.Event scoping: This endpoint does not include
