Adds an attribute to the library. Place it on a type with Place Resource Type Attribute.
Requires
EventSettings permission on the event.Event scoping: This endpoint does not include
{eventId} in the URL. The event is determined automatically from your x-Event-Token.Request Body

| responseType | string | Required | One of `Select`, `MultiSelect`, `Text`, `RichText`, `Number`, `Date`, `DateTime`, `Checkbox`, `Link`, `File`, `MultiFile`. Can't be changed later. |
| options | array | Optional | `{ label, type, value }`. Required for Select and MultiSelect, refused otherwise. `type` is `Text`, `Number` or `Date`. |
