Set Advance Approval

POST
/advanceRequests/{requestId}/advanceApprovalSets the production-side approval on an advance request: true approves, false rejects (which also clears any resource approval back to pending), null resets to pending. Use Advances_SetResourceApproval for the resource-provider side. When the request's module is task tracked and has task review required, and an AdvanceTaskStatusMapping exists, the linked task moves to Needs Review and the module and advance statuses are recalculated. Returns both approval states; the request id comes from Advances_GetAdvanceRequests.
