Review Advance Module

Records the current user's approving review on every task under an advance module in one call, marking each Done once all its reviews are approved, then recalculates the module and advance statuses. Tasks the caller is not an assigned reviewer of are skipped unless the caller is an event admin. Use Advances_ReviewAdvanceQuestion or Advances_ReviewAdvanceRequest for a single block; the module id comes from Collaborators_GetCollaboratorAdvanceConfigById.
