Pull Advance Template From Org

Overwrites an event advance template with the current version of the organization template it was copied from: its name and the module entries that came from the organization (which modules, order, due date and flags) are replaced, and entries the organization no longer has are removed, while entries added locally are kept. Modules it references are reused or created but never overwritten, and it only works on templates created with AdvanceTemplates_PullAdvanceTemplate or pushed with AdvanceTemplates_PushAdvanceTemplateToOrg. Needs read access to the organization's advance database.
