Pull Advance Template

Copies an advance template from the organization's advance library into the event, creating event copies of its module templates (with categories, blocks and allowed resource types) as needed and reusing the ones the event already has. If the event already has a copy of that organization template it is left unchanged; to overwrite it, use AdvanceTemplates_PullAdvanceTemplateFromOrg. Needs read access to the organization's advance database, and the organization template id comes from the Organization API's Advancing_GetAdvanceTemplates.
