Keep Attachment
POST /communications/{id}/attachments/{attachmentId}/keep
POST
/communications/{id}/attachments/{attachmentId}/keepFinal step of keeping an attachment: records the drive file the bytes were copied into (keptFileId), so the attachment shows as kept. Call after Communications_GetAttachmentKeepToken and the file copy. Needs an event token and the event communications contribute permission.
