/communications/{id}/attachments/{attachmentId}/keep-tokenFirst step of keeping an attachment in the event's files: returns a link that expires after 15 minutes for copying the staged bytes, with the file name, type and size. After copying into a new file, call Communications_KeepAttachment with that file's id. Fails for inline, already kept or expired attachments. Needs an event token and the event communications contribute permission.
