POST
/communications/{id}/associationsTags a communication routed to an event with a collaborator or an area. The target type must be Collaborator or Area, and the event is taken from the communication, so only the target is supplied. Needs an event token and the event communications contribute permission. Undo with Communications_RemoveTag.
