Update Storage Policy
PUT /usage/storage/policy
PUT
/usage/storage/policySets the storage policy to HardStop or Overage. consent is required only when switching from HardStop to Overage; it is saved as a UsageOverage consent before the policy changes. Returns 400 for an unknown policy, a trialing org, Overage without valid consent, or no storage price configured. Requires OrganizationAdmin.
