Get Licenses

Lists every license the organization holds, expired and fully used ones included, with product, type, status, expiry, name and seats used against seats total. Type is Org or Event. Status is Trial, Active, PastDue (a payment failed; access continues while Stripe retries), Canceled (access continues until expiry) or Expired; every status but Expired grants access, and the caller decides what to offer. isExhausted means every seat is used: the license still grants access but has no seat to assign. Needs basic organization access, not admin, because the organization shell reads it on every page. For amounts and subscription detail use Billing_GetBilling.
