DELETE
/payment-methods/{paymentMethodId}Removes a saved payment method from the organization. Refused when it is the default method of a live subscription; set another default first with PaymentMethods_SetDefaultPaymentMethod. Requires OrganizationAdmin and an Idempotency-Key header. The id comes from PaymentMethods_GetPaymentMethods.
