Create Setup Intent
POST /payment-methods/setup-intent
POST
/payment-methods/setup-intentStarts adding a payment method: creates a Stripe setup intent and returns its id and client secret, so card data never reaches BackOps. The client passes the secret to Stripe.js confirmSetup with the Payment Element, which runs any 3D Secure step and saves the card or bank account; a bank account may come back needing microdeposit verification. Pass makeDefault (true unless sent) to make the new method the default. Requires OrganizationAdmin and an Idempotency-Key header. Follow progress with PaymentMethods_GetSetupIntent.
